ASFNR has secured a special group rate of $299.00++ per night and a reduced Resort Fee of $35 per night.
Reservation Deadline: To take advantage of this discounted rate, reservations must be made by 5:00 PM CST on Thursday, September 17th.

The ASFNR has arranged for special meeting discounts on airfare and car rentals, for attendees and their guests. Airfare discounts are between 2-10% off published rates. Car rentals are up to 15%. When making your air or car reservation use the codes listed below.

Airport Information
The three closest airports are the John Wayne Airport Orange County (SNA), the Long Beach Airport (LGB), and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Either is a good option for attendees, but we’ve provided some additional details below so you can weigh the pros and cons of each option based on your preference for cost, convenience, and proximity.
SNA Airport:
•15-minute drive from the VEA hotel
•Smaller airport (limited flight availability)
•Easy to get in and out of
LGB Airport:
•30-minute drive from the VEA hotel
•Similar to SNA, but slightly different flight options
LAX Airport:
•75 minute drive from VEA hotel (highly dependent upon LA traffic)
•More flight availability
•Nonstop options for east-coasters
